Terms of Service

These terms ("Terms") are a contract between you and RippaX Labs, LLC ("StackSing", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service at stacksing.com, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use StackSing.

1. What StackSing is

StackSing is a web application for recording multi-track vocal harmonies, applying pitch-guidance and auto-tune, and exporting multi-panel videos. We provide the tool; you provide the creative input and the vocals.

2. Your account

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, whichever is higher). You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything that happens under your account. Notify us at support@stacksing.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Your content

You retain all rights to recordings, videos, and projects you create ("Your Content"). By using StackSing you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to store, transmit, and display Your Content solely to provide the service to you. When you mark a project public, you additionally grant anyone who receives the share link the right to view and play it.

You are responsible for making sure you have the right to record and publish Your Content — including any lyrics, melodies, or copyrighted material. Do not upload content you don't have the right to use.

4. Acceptable use

You won't use StackSing to:

• Infringe anyone's intellectual-property or privacy rights
• Record, publish, or share content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, defamatory, or sexually explicit
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Probe, scan, attack, or reverse-engineer the service
• Scrape the service, resell it, or pass off its output as another product
• Use the service to spam or send unsolicited messaging

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice, and may remove content that violates them.

5. Pricing and billing

The free plan is, currently, free. StackSing Pro is a paid subscription — monthly or annual — billed through Stripe. Pro includes a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. You can cancel at any time from Settings (which opens the Stripe Billing Portal); cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep Pro access until then.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; price changes take effect on your next renewal.

Refunds are at our discretion. Email billing@stacksing.com if something went wrong.

Applicable sales tax / VAT is calculated at checkout by Stripe Tax based on your location and added to the listed price.

6. Intellectual property

The StackSing software, branding, and website content are owned by RippaX Labs, LLC. These Terms don't give you any rights to our trademarks. Your Content stays yours.

7. Service availability

We aim to keep StackSing running continuously, but we make no guarantee of uninterrupted service. We may change, limit, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

8. Warranty disclaimer

StackSing is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including (without limitation) implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RippaX Labs, LLC's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to StackSing is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages.

10. Termination

You can delete your account at any time (Settings → Danger Zone). We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your rights to use the service stop; your recordings are deleted from our infrastructure within a reasonable time.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in Delaware for disputes arising out of these Terms.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app at least 7 days before taking effect. Continuing to use StackSing after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
